Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Series
With Dr. Katie Sears Edwards, Cardiac Psychologist at Stanford Medicine
Dr. Edwards has over 15 years of experience delivering mindfulness-based interventions. She is a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (Level 2) according to standards set forth by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University.
Next Session starts on February 7, 2025 with a required introductory session on January 24
Location: Online via Zoom, please join from a quiet and private space
Times & Dates: Fridays 2:00pm-4:30pm, February 7 – March 28 (8 weeks) + online retreat from 9:30am-4:30pm on Saturday, March 8
Fees: $275 payable to HeartFit for Life (scholarships available)
