Three cheers to HeartFit For Life! My experience over the past four years have been beyond my wildest expectations. Initially prescribed by my cardiologist, the balanced medically supervised exercise program addresses cardiac issues, as well as strength and balance. It has even considerably eliminated my chronic back pain. There are options to suit your needs: in person gym, and online classes. If I have one regret, it is that I didn’t know about HeartFit For Life much earlier – don’t wait for a cardiac (or diabetes) diagnosis. It’s for everybody!

HeartFit has been a large part of my life for the past 35 years. I’ve gained another family in all the nurses, fitness guys and gals, and MOST OF ALL….. my fellow “classmates”. I’ll forever be grateful for the camaraderie and caring of everyone evolved in the program. It has not only saved my “life” but has allowed me to greatly appreciate my family, friends, and ordinary people I come into contact with. I might have gone down into a deeper bout of depression if it were not for the program….SO….THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

The Cardiac Therapy Foundation has been an active part of my life since my heart attack 8 years ago. I am sure that I would be in worse shape today had I not chosen to join this group. The routine of exercise is very important to me. The range of exercise experienced in each class – stretches, organized warm-up and cool-down exercises in addition to the aerobic exercise is greater than I suspected I would get if I simply signed up at the YMCA. Then there are the buddies; there are enough interesting people in each class I usually look forward to a pleasant, even jocular hour doing my dutiful exercise. My wife loves to have nurses around when I am pumping hard, just in case.
